Is this an app for residents/teams to download?
No! We know app fatigue is real. We intentionally designed Moved so there is no friction in the onboarding experience. The platform is responsive and automatically detects the type of device being used to render a consistent, seamless experience.
What triggers the Moved invite?
Invites are triggered automatically through our various integrations with property management systems.
What systems does Moved integrate with?
Moved is an open platform that offers various integrations, including Yardi, RealPage, ResMan, Entrata, and more.
How much does it cost?
Moved has a flexible pricing model to accommodate different budgetary needs. Once we receive your property list with unit counts, we’ll run the numbers to determine the most cost-effective solution for your portfolio. For a full pricing breakdown, please inquire through our contact form.
What does the implementation timeline look like?
We can have you up and running between 2-3 weeks after receiving your information. We can move faster or slower depending on your needs, but we generally advise our clients to plan for 30 days from start to finish.
Do reservations sync with my calendar?
Yes! Approved requests can be configured to trigger appointment invites to a Google/Outlook calendar.

Does my team have to log in to a dashboard daily?
It’s not a must, as the platform is designed to automate as many onboarding processes as possible. To help alleviate the need to check multiple systems, we push the most important details to you in the systems where you're already working. However, teams can check the dashboard as often as they please!
